Delivery
All orders will be delivered to the address indicated on the order.
We deliver these products in Switzerland and abroad.
In Switzerland, within 24 to 48 hours (working days) by the Swiss Post or other Company (DHL, UPS, Swiss Post…).
For other countries, the delivery time varies depending on the destination.
Return & Cancellation
Return of articles
Items must be returned in registered packages, at the expense and risk of the customer. Please insert the delivery note in the package and return it to the following address:

Please contact us before returning the goods and also take note of the return conditions.
Return conditions
- You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to return an item.
- Items must be sent intact, in their original packaging.
- Can not be returned or returned items engraved, modified, already used or damaged, or gift cards.
- To comply with the requirement s of hygiene, the following item s s can not be returned: straws.
Cancellation
You can cancel items or orders that haven’t entered the shipping process yet.

Refund
The reimbursement is made with the same means of payment that you have selected within 7 to 10 working days.
